La corporación cultural DAHCNAE, se legaliza y constituye en el año 2005 despues de llevar como experiencia diversos programas y proyectos en la intervencion artística, pedagógica y sociocultural, desde hacia ya unos 2 o 3 años, el Artista Andrés Loboguerrero, junto al maestro Mario Alejandro Polanía, la fundan a inicios del año, y se empieza a potenciar una investigación que ya se venia haciendo, uniendo las artes mayores en un mismo resultado, donde cada una fuera igual de importante, es así, como llega dahcnae a constituir eventos y talleres que ofrece y presenta en municipios de cundinamarca y en bogotá, como lo són, Clown Ping Pong Negro, Diversos performances, Body Paint, y el proyecto más fuerte que tienen ahorita "Multilógia" el primer resultado concreto de la investigación, donde unen las artes plásticas, el teatro, la danza, y la música en un solo evento, que se ha presentado en diversos espacios como, la plaza de Bolivar Bogotá, en el marco del evento 100 artistas en la plaza, en colegios y galerias de bogotá, dejandolo no solamente en una presentacion artística si no generando con esta una propuesta pedagógica.
